This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a medball (F14/M20). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the medball and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are jump pull-ups, the second 8 are walk out push-ups, the third 8 intervals are Butterfly sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Bar ONLY Thrusters. There is no rest between exercises.
